Sailor Mars / Raye
Raye is a mysterious shrine girl who lives at the Sacred Temple on Cherry Hill, with her grandfather. She has special psychic powers and is able to do fire readings. In the beginning Raye's temple was suspected as being the base for the new threat from the Negaverse. Serena later finds out that she was also a destined warrior, the Sailor Scout of fire, Sailor Mars. Raye has a fiery temper, and Serena is all she needs to to start a fight. These fights with Serena are usually over silly things, such as; taking too long to rescue her, or Serena's excessive whining. Even though Raye always finds a reason to yell at Serena, deep down she really thinks of Serena as being one of her best friends.

I would love to voice Raye, but Im not sure where you guys are at, and how i would be able to voice it, seeing how im in Oregon and no way of transportation, if there is like, a recording and them sending it to you, them i'd love to do it ^^;
As you can see the role is closed, but you're more than welcome to audition for a different character. All our voice actors live in different countries to me, so they just record on their computers and send it via email ^_^
I have 4 questions for you:
1. TO - Ashley Heart, how the heck did you make your voice SO Raye-like?
2. TO - Eku Egao, How do you get the evil-ish voice? I tried to immitate it and it sounded like a mouse!
3. TO - Anyone who has the answer! Are you doing the Galaxia Arc?
4. When is Episode 6 coming out?
1. There's not really a science or anything to it,you just have fun with your voice.Now if you want to know my nerdy details,Another thing I did was rip out Katie Griffen's lines and save it into one file and try to sound exactly like her,especially matching her phrasing (inflection) or rhythm my friend likes to call it.Then I try to match her energy and attitude/emotion,and pitch as well as I can.Doing a bunch of takes helped me a lot to,trying different tones,along with knowing your character,and hardest of all (for me) is making it sound natural and not too forced. I'm really interested in how other cast members mimic/impersonate the dub.I know I'm writing too much but this topic really interests me.If you want help on sounding like characters,I'd be more than happy to be as helpful as I can.
2. I second this question to be answered,lol because the voice you used sounds kinda like the evil witch from Sleeping Beauty,cept only better,and the most perfect nehelania I could imagine.
3. I've heard that's the prime goal,to get ALL of the episodes of the Stars Season Dubbed,and I really REALLY hope we get there.Along with Specials like "Ami's First Love!" and the Sailor Moon Prelude,which I'm also really excited to hear more about.
4. Its not really my liberty to say,but I'd just chill out and wait for a while.They'll have the episode out when its ready.And it takes a bit longer with producing the episodes because there's not a lot of people producing and everybody of course has their lives and all that to be busy with,but I'm SO with you,I'm really excited for the next episode because its like MY FAVORITE out of the whole season.
