This may seem like a stupid question, but how would you download the Apple compatible episodes? iTunes?
They will be available via torrents, and you just download the torrents, then import the mp4 file into iTunes.
May I ask what program do you use for the editing of your fandub and how do you create the templetes?
I used Vegas for the mixing/editing etc. and made all imagery in Photoshop.

Target for Apple TV instead -- you'll get the compatibility for the iPod, iPad and iPhone and you'll also get the high-resolution and quality to show them on an Apple TV on a big-screen TV. Just my two cents.
Well I'm guessing it would be the same file type, so yeah...
